Radiant Gin Cocktail

Description:

The Radiant Gin cocktail made by Thomas Forster, member of the Bartender Network in Amsterdam. The Radiant design shows a brilliant cut star with a wide silver diamond cut band that frames the pattern. It dates back to the early nineteenth century and was introduced by Libbey in 1920.

Ingredients:

50ml Hendrick’s Gin
10ml Limoen
5ml St. Germain
1 dash rose water
Top up with fevertree Tonic

Preparation:

Start with filling th eglass with ice. Secondly add the gin, juice, germain, rose water and tonic. Give it a lite stir and garnish. Add the following ingredients to complete it.

Garnish:

1 long slice cucumber
2 bay leaves
1 mint top
1 string of thyme
1 blackberry
1 strawberry
1 raspberry
