The Mezcalita cocktail made by Petar Marinov, bartender at the Monkey Beach Club Tenerife at the Canary Islands (Spain). Mezcal is becoming a most required ingredient for the recreation of classic cocktails, replacing obvious spirits like rum or vodka. This trend, due to the recent discovery of mescal, is here to stay.
