Dutch Cookie Liqueur

Description:

The Dutch Cookie Liqueur cocktail made by Leroy Soumokil, bar manager at Henry’s Bar in Amsterdam. Using small bottles or small flasks from the Libbey LAB line allows bartenders to have more flavours at their disposal without sacrificing too much workspace

Ingredients:

400ml Vodka
40ml Sugar syrup (2:1)
3 Cardamom pods
1/2 Vanilla pod
1 Mace or 1 Gram of ground
Nutmeg
11/2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Cloves

Preparation:

Infuse all ingredients for 2 weeks
