Cabaret Cocktail

Description:

The Cabaret cocktail made by Leroy Soumokil, bartender at Mystique bar & dining in Amsterdam. The design of Carats is based on the cut glasses Libbey produced between 1876 and 1925; the so called ‘Brilliant Period of American Cut Glass’.

Ingredients:

50ml Gin
50ml Red vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitter
10ml D.O.M. Benedictine

Preparation:

You stir the drink in the Carats stiring glass and then poor it through a strainer in the Carats DOF. Add a lemon zest to finalize the Vintage Gin cocktail.
